QuartSoft is a group of product-based IT companies operating since 1999. Starting as a four-person team, QuartSoft has evolved into an international business with offices in Ukraine and Europe and over 200 employees. The team had to manage onboarding, offboarding, and equipment provisioning manually using spreadsheets and task lists — time-consuming and error-prone.
Different departments lacked access to up-to-date employee information, slowing down internal processes and communication.
With Jira, DocuSign, and other platforms already in use, the absence of proper integration made it difficult to connect workflows and ensure data consistency.
Without centralized access to employee data, HR and leadership lacked visibility into workforce trends and metrics — making it hard to scale decision-making.
HR managers spent up to 30 minutes per document preparing NDAs and asset transfer agreements, including multiple checks for accuracy.
With PeopleForce at the center, all employee-related data — from contact details to absence policies and equipment tracking — is stored and synced across tools. This ensures data consistency, transparency, and a seamless HR experience for all teams.
Using PeopleForce’s powerful open API, QuartSoft developed a custom integration with Jira to automate key HR workflows — including onboarding, preboarding, offboarding, and asset provisioning. Data from PeopleForce triggers task creation in Jira through custom templates and fields, ensuring clear deadlines and instructions while minimizing manual effort and human error.
Documents are now generated automatically based on employee data stored in PeopleForce. Signing flows are initiated directly from Jira, saving time and eliminating the need for manual preparation. HR is no longer involved in drafting or sending — the process runs end-to-end with just one click.
The integration with Power BI allows QuartSoft to pull structured HR data from PeopleForce — including roles, projects, and managers — and visualize it for leadership insights. This enables better team performance tracking, hiring cost analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Leave requests like vacations, sick days, and other absences are created in PeopleForce and displayed directly in Teams. Managers receive real-time notifications right in their workspace — with no need to log into the platform or dig through emails.
