PeopleForce among 100 world’s best startups at Web Summit 2022

Web Summit is a milestone event for technology startups worldwide, a multilayered landmark that opens up the world of startups. It’s perhaps fitting that this year it took place in Lisbon, a city where economics, trade, and historical trends have intersected for centuries. In 2022, PeopleForce was at the very epicenter of this confluence.

We were honored to represent Ukraine at Web Summit 2022 as part of the elite group of 24 startups from our country, chosen by Ukrainian Startup Fund and Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine to highlight our society’s innovators and young entrepreneurs.

After Pitch Day by Ukrainian Startup Fund we also won the right to participate in the Startup Showcase — a business pitch to the Web Summit’s attendees. This opportunity was given to only 12 teams out of 24.

The icing on the cake was receiving recognition as one of the top 100 startups in the world and an invitation to join the celebration on the Web Summit main stage.

Our team, including PeopleForce CEO Andrew Cetinic, Chief Growth Officer Mykola Mykhaylov, Business Development Director Tatiana Dumanova, and Product Champion Anna Solovyova, thoroughly enjoyed their experience at the summit.

They met new friends at our stall and interacted with PeopleForce’s existing customers who also added their own flavor to the summit. For example, Reply.io organized a fantastic party that we were glad to attend.

We also got to show off and hand out our fantastic merchandise which was as patriotic as it was eco-friendly. One of the main themes of the conference was to eliminate plastic as much as possible and we were happy to oblige.

So, yes, PeopleForce is now officially in the top 100 of the best startups and we couldn’t be happier! Not only because of the hard work of our team but also because we’re honored to represent the full potential of what our country can offer.
