The Forum holds the annual ICMI Global Contact Center Awards featuring 16 categories where teams and specialists compete. This year, we proudly emerged as one of the top five finalists in the Best Small Contact Center category, sharing the honour with our esteemed colleagues from OneCause, Verint, Relias, and Apexus.
The ICMI Global Contact Center Awards Program is widely acknowledged as the most comprehensive awards program in the world dedicated to the customer service industry. The jury panel selects the winners solely based on their significant contribution to developing customer support worldwide.
