PeopleForce Trust Hub: DPA Updates
As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency and compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we’ve made several updates to our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
These updates are designed to enhance clarity, strengthen data protection measures, and give our customers more control over how they receive information about important compliance changes.
Who is affected: all PeopleForce customers covered by our DPA / ToS / SLA and Trust Hub documents.
Key Highlights
- Enhanced Sub-processor Transparency
We updated Section 9 (Subprocessing) to provide greater visibility into our sub-processor relationships.

PeopleForce Sub-processors List - Advance Email Notifications
We introduced optional email notifications for all subscribed Customers, sent at least 20 days before any Sub-processor change takes effect.
Subscribe via our PeopleForce Trust Notifications to stay informed:
Subscribe to Sub-processor List, Terms & Policies (ToS, DPA, SLA, Privacy Policy), and new Security & Compliance certifications. - Extended Objection Period
Customers now have 20 days to raise an objection to a new or replacement Sub-processor, offering more time to review and respond. - Clarity on Future Updates
Section 17 (Miscellaneous Provisions) now explains how we will publish and manage future DPA updates.
Any changes will not reduce the level of protection of Customer Personal Data. - Right to Review or Amend
If an update affects individually negotiated terms, Customers may contact our Legal Team at security@peopleforce.io within 14 days to request an amendment or replacement version.
Summary of Amended Sections
Section 9 – Subprocessing
We clarified:
- General authorization to engage sub-processors in line with GDPR Article 28(2).
- Customer rights and Processor responsibilities regarding onward sub-processing.
- Notification and objection procedures.
Section 17 – Miscellaneous Provisions
We introduced:
- A clear process for future DPA updates.
- A guarantee that no update will reduce Customer Data protection.
- Customer rights to request amendments or replacements where applicable.
