Military leave from work

Military leave provides for the absence of the employee from the workplace for during compulsory military service, mobilization, call-ups of reservists, etc., with retention of the employee’s position and wages at the company.

This type of leave is regulated by the labor law of the country and provides for certain conditions in case of martial law and other circumstances. After demobilization, the employee has the right to claim annual leave from the company, which is retained with compensation.
