What are HR workflows?

Workflows or company process automation is a modern function for optimizing the work of employees and HR managers, which allows you to schedule a chain of tasks in advance in relation to an important date or team event. Important dates or events often include birthdays and work anniversaries, start or end dates, etc. Onboarding and offboarding are also included in the process of workflow.
