PeopleForce mobile app update – enhanced approach to quick access from your smartphone

Our priority is your convenience and the convenience of your team. So, without further ado, we present the updated mobile application, which has become even better and will now help your employees and managers optimize their work routines even faster.

What new features have been added?

• Now, from the 'Me' menu under the 'My Time Off' tab, you can access information about all your leaves — pending, past approved, rejected, and withdrawn requests. This allows you to conveniently review your leave history and always have this information readily available.

• By the way, to expedite the process and make it more transparent, a list of approvers is available in the leave request window. Here, you can see the status of your request with the approver.
• But that's not all! Tired of waiting for approval or rejection of your request? Send a nudge to your approver. Let the process speed up, and you can get an answer to your long-awaited time off.

• Made a mistake with your time-off request? No problem. Now you can withdraw the request right from your mobile screen, without any hassle.
• We've also taken care of optimizing the time for managers themselves. Now, on the 'Todos' tab under the 'Approvals' filter, there is a filter available only for time-off requests. This ensures that they don't get lost in the general queue, and managers can always respond to them promptly.
• There’s more on the filter side! For managers, it's now much easier to concentrate on specific activities – approving leave requests, timesheets, personal tasks such as peer nominations, writing reviews and surveys and so on. To enhance the mobile app's usability, we've introduced filtering and sorting options for the Todo list. This feature is now conveniently accessible within the Todos menu.

What other enhancements are available in the app?

• Confirmation prompt for leave request rejections: Now, when you reject a leave request, a confirmation prompt appears to ensure you're making the right decision.

• Attaching PDF files to leave requests: You can now attach PDF files to your leave requests. Additionally, preview and download these attachments for leave requests already submitted.

• Bug fixes: We've fixed bugs in the Directory search to improve its functionality.
