What is Virtual HR?
Talent management and team management in general requires a lot of involvement in the process, which is not always possible to maintain in conditions of heavy workload on the HR department. In some cases, employees may not receive qualified assistance from HR specialists, especially during the high recruiting season, during strategic sessions, etc. Therefore, companies need a virtual assistant that will respond to employee requests in a timely or automated manner, or at least help HR specialists to take into account all online work and respond to requests in turn.
Such assistants as automated ATS or HRM/HRIS-systems, where the functions of absence requests, taking into account the available days for absence, knowledge base, organizational structure, etc. or the entire process of monitoring candidates are already automated, help the whole team to function smoothly, and employees to find all the urgent information they need online.
