From empowering integrations to AI features and more customization: the first half of 2025 brought a wave of improvements to our Recruit product, making hiring more connected, intelligent, and scalable for modern HR teams using PeopleForce.

Let’s dive into the latest updates that are transforming the recruitment and hiring landscape.

🔌 Game-changing integrations

Tired of jumping between platforms to keep up with candidate communication? Now you don’t have to. With the new Microsoft Outlook integration, recruiters can link their personal Microsoft accounts directly to PeopleForce.

Once connected:

  • All candidate conversations are synced and visible within the candidate card view
  • You can send, receive, and reply to emails directly within PeopleForce
  • Email threads are automatically stored, keeping all communication in one place
  • Full transparency across the hiring team with a single source of truth

✅ Eliminate tab-switching. Centralize your outreach.
🔒 Note: Google and Microsoft integrations are mutually exclusive – pick one provider per user.

ℹ️ Heads up: The Greenhouse integration is included in the Core HR module, even though it enhances your recruitment pipeline.

If you use Greenhouse as your applicant tracking system and PeopleForce for HR management, we’ve closed the loop. With this new integration:

  • New hires in Greenhouse can be pushed directly into PeopleForce
  • All candidate data is transferred automatically – no manual input or risk of data loss
  • Hires appear in the “ATS Inbox” in the People tab, ready to be onboarded

Set it up via a webhook and map the fields you need. Ideal for companies scaling fast and juggling multiple systems.

🎙️ Voice-to-text notes & feedback

Say goodbye to frantic typing after interviews. With Voice-to-Text, you can now:

Perfect for busy hiring managers and field recruiters – save time and capture thoughts while they’re fresh.

📄 AI-Powered resume parsing

Extract key candidate info from uploaded CVs better with our AI resume parser:

  • Reduces errors and improve candidate data consistency while you scan CV files for personal and professional details

We’re continuously improving the parsing engine to cover more formats and better accuracy, but it already saves hours of repetitive work for talent teams.

Not all alerts are equally important. With the new notifications management system, you decide:

  • Which Recruit alerts do you receive (email, Slack, in-app)

🧾 Custom vacancy request forms

Need a tailored vacancy approval flow? You’ve got it. With our new custom vacancy request forms, hiring teams can:

  • Create fully personalized requisition forms with any field they need
  • Use both predefined system fields (like job title, department) and custom fields (salary range, tech stack, red flags, experience level)
  • Design approval workflows that reflect real-life org processes

Whether you're hiring engineers or retail staff, this feature adapts to you — not the other way around.

🤝 Invite external recruiters securely

Have freelance recruiters or external agencies? You can now invite them into PeopleForce via the new External Recruiter role:

  • External users only see the candidates they manage
  • No access to sensitive company data, dashboards, or internal workflows
  • Add them via the “External” tab in Roles and Permissions, and they’ll receive secure login credentials instantly

This role is perfect for scaling hiring teams that collaborate with third-party partners.

🔐 Hire collaboratively — without compromising security or inflating your headcount.

We’ve tightened control over who can edit what. With the updated vacancy permissions:

  • Team Members can no longer edit job descriptions by default
  • A new granular permission controls who can make vacancy edits
  • Hiring Leads still manage the full vacancy, while other team members can review and give input without changing key details

✅ More collaboration, fewer accidental edits.

Staying compliant has never been easier. With the new consent checkbox:

  • Candidates can opt-in for future job opportunities while applying
  • Consent is tracked and stored in the system for full GDPR alignment
  • If a candidate was sourced manually or via other channels, you can send them a consent form later via email or a direct link
