How to use multiposting?

You can now select the job sites from the available channels and add them to your card. Just enter your job details once, and they will be shared across all chosen sites. You will need to fill in the required fields for the job vacancy, and the system will guide you on what cannot be missed. The status of the vacancy and its details can be tracked on the Сampaigns page.

Candidates' information is sent to PeopleForce automatically and immediately after they apply for an active vacancy. The candidates will apply through a career site application form that will be shared with the job details on the selected channels. You can view all candidates on your vacancy hiring board, so all your recruitment data stays in one place. You can also monitor the performance of your job postings in Reports

For sites that require payment, you can handle transactions directly within PeopleForce using your credit card details.

How to multipost vacancies on LinkedIn?

One of the most common requests during development was LinkedIn posting, and we’ve made it simple. Here’s how you can post jobs on LinkedIn directly through PeopleForce.

If you want to post jobs on LinkedIn, which only supports paid placements, you still can do so through PeopleForce. With our integration, you can use the following types of posting:

  • LinkedIn job posting: Your job will appear in candidates' news feeds, LinkedIn apps, email inboxes, and on the LinkedIn Jobs homepage and search.
  • LinkedIn job promotion: Enhances visibility using Pay for Performance (P4P) algorithms.

With the available Pay for Performance (P4P) package, you now pay based on the number of clicks your job posting receives instead of a fixed price for job slots. This flexible budgeting option allows you to choose from various packages and seamlessly integrate with LinkedIn’s existing features. LinkedIn is transitioning to P4P for better click rates and visibility. 

  • Existing contracts: If you have a direct job slots contract with LinkedIn, you might not be able to use P4P. Report any issues if you're unfairly blocked.
  • New options: The "Job Promotion + Sponsored Recruitment Ad" products now include P4P, offering enhanced performance over previous slot-based postings.

Note! Currently, only the option to purchase and publish directly through the PeopleForce platform is supported. If you have existing contracts on LinkedIn, you aren't able to use them.
