September is also good because it's not just the system we're upgrading - this time it's also time for the PeopleForce Prospector expansion. They're small, but pretty substantial, you'll appreciate:
Parsing of some job sites has been updated: now more information is saved in the appropriate fields.
For example, a candidate's work experience will be copied to the Experience tab in the candidate's profile (we've updated the design for better readability, be sure to check it out). Education is added to the Education tab. Other data is added to the Text tab - e.g. key information and various other information added by the user.
This update applies to sites:
- Robota.ua (job applications, candidate database)
- LinkedIn (user profile)
- Work.ua (candidate database)
- HeadHunter (feedback on the vacancy, candidate database)
Added support for another job search site: SuperJob
Both SuperJob.ua and SuperJob.ru are now supported. Parsing from the candidate database stores the following information:
- Full name of candidate
- Gender
- Phone number
- Photo
- Location
- Source reference
- Skills
- Desired position
- Work experience
- Education
- Key information
One-click access to usage instructions
A button has been added with easy access to instructions on how to use the extensions. A section in the PeopleForce knowledge base with articles that relate to the Prospector will open to you.
New button with access to all the latest Prospector changes
When clicked, a new tab in your browser will open notes on the latest update. Be the first to hear about the benefits of the new features for full use of the extension.
