In the summer of 2023, PeopleForce earned the right to be part of the Ukrainian delegation at TechCrunch Disrupt, arguably the most significant event in the world of technology startups. This event occurs in San Francisco, USA, and gathers representatives from the most influential startups worldwide yearly to network with investors, colleagues, and ambassadors from other markets and industries, showcase their potential, and engage in high-quality networking.

But even more importantly, it is a source that shapes and announces trends for the near future. Therefore, it was extremely gratifying for us to participate in such a massive event as part of a delegation consisting of only the top 10 Ukrainian teams, including Anima, datuum.ai, Elai.io, LetsData, Mindly, Noty.ai, obimy, Trible, and UnderDefense.

"Extremely interesting and exciting three days packed with activities that we constantly felt caught up in a whirlwind of events," says Alexandra Sagaydak, CCO of PeopleForce. "A very large number of interested and knowledgeable people we had the honor to talk to, get to know, and share information about our company and our impact on the HR Tech industry." We at PeopleForce participated in presentations and interactions with visitors and investors at our booth and successfully conducted our Pitch Day.

We recommend all startups to test their capabilities and attend TechCrunch Disrupt, which will undoubtedly provide you with not only motivation for developing your product or service and company but also the opportunity to meet the most influential representatives of the tech industry.

For example, this year, panel discussions at the conference featured speakers from well-known companies such as Anthropic, Boston Dynamics, Airbnb, and Greylock, and a special guest was the 15-time NBA champion Shaquille O'Neal, who is now an investor interested in the development of startups worldwide.

A significant highlight was the victory of the startup BioticsAI in the Battlefield 200 competition organized by TechCrunch Disrupt. This award comes with a prize of $100,000 and is competed for by teams from an initial pool of 200, then narrowed down to 20, and finally 6 finalists. What makes BioticsAI's win in 2023 so intriguing? It's a startup that has developed AI technology that can connect to ultrasound machines and assist in diagnosing patient issues with precision, eliminating the possibility of incorrect medical conclusions. Another win for the AI industry, which in 2023 has clearly outpaced all trends.
