PeopleForce selected among top 10 Ukrainian startups for TechCrunch Disrupt 2023

PeopleForce, a universal HR platform that provides the best employee experience, has achieved a significant milestone. The company has rightfully earned its place within the official Ukrainian delegation heading to TechCrunch Disrupt 2023 – a globally acclaimed event in the tech industry. Set to take place from September 19th to 21st, 2023, in the city of San Francisco, TechCrunch Disrupt holds a pivotal role within the tech landscape.

Following the outcomes of the SelectUSA Pitch Day on August 23rd, an international jury selected only 10 Ukrainian startups to be presented in a special dedicated "alley" at the TechCrunch Disrupt event. This select group, which includes PeopleForce, will have the exclusive opportunity to showcase their innovations. Accompanying PeopleForce will be:

• Anima is an advanced mental health tool
• Datuum is an artificial intelligence-based, code-free platform that enables data professionals to quickly move and transform data from multiple sources into one place
• Elai.io is a text-to-video platform that helps companies create video content with real-life narrators directly from text
• LetsData is an artificial intelligence solution that predicts communication risks and opportunities and helps organizations counter threatening information campaigns
• Mindly is a mobile-first platform for finding and working with a psychologist online
• Noty.ai is a personalized AI assistant in the workplace that gets the job done
• Obimy is a platform that allows Generation Z to communicate their emotions, ask for attention, and interact with physical sensations digitally
• Trible is a no-code app developer for digital creators to monetize their knowledge
• Under Defense is a cybersecurity-as-a-service platform for consent, managed detection, and automated incident response without using code.

We warmly congratulate our colleagues who, alongside us, successfully navigated a challenging and competitive selection process, representing their teams with distinction. This year, the final pitching round was hailed as "one of the most intriguing ever," according to jury member Valeriy Dobrovolskiy, Future Industries Team Lead at the USAID Competitive Economy Program.

The teams joining the Ukrainian delegation were chosen based on criteria such as experience, competitiveness, and innovation in fields like agtech, fintech, cyber tech, deep space tech, and AI.

The initiative is supported and implemented by the Ukrainian Startup Fund in collaboration with Ukrainian Bridge and Techosystem, with the backing of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine. The Ukrainian delegation to TechCrunch Disrupt is made possible through the USAID Competitive Economy Program for Ukraine and with the support of the Consulate General of Ukraine in San Francisco.
