Payroll Hub

Payroll preparation from one source of truth

Salaries, approved hours, leave and bonuses come together before payroll is calculated. You hand reviewed gross pay to your accountant or ERP; tax, net pay and payments stay with you.

Payroll preparation from one source of truth

How it works

From HR data to payroll in three steps

Pay is decided by data your HR team already keeps in PeopleForce: contracts, raises, hours and leave. Each pay cycle collects it for the right people, checks it before approval and hands reviewed gross to whoever calculates tax and net pay.

  • 01

    Bring your HR data together

Compensation, hours, leave and adjustments already live in PeopleForce. Each cycle collects them for its people.

  • 02

    Review and approve the run

  • 03

    Hand off and share payslips

How it works

Every stage of an employee's life affects pay

From hire to exit, everyday HR events change what a person is paid. They already live in PeopleForce, so payroll starts from one record instead of a chase.

  • Start and end dates prorate base pay by calendar or working days
  • Raises apply from their effective date, even mid-period
  • Approved timesheets and leave set the hours and paid days in the run

Pay inputs

Approved where it starts, before the run opens

Hours, leave, raises, bonuses and adjustments are approved where they start, so they reach the run ready. Nothing is chased at month-end.

Time

Hours

Logged by the employee, approved by the manager; overtime split into rated types

Core HR

Leave

Requested and approved; paid or unpaid by policy

Core HR

Raise

Approved by HR with an effective date

Bonus

Approved once, placed in the right run, never added twice

Adjustments

Added by payroll, once-off or recurring

Bonuses, commissions, KPIs

Variable pay, on its own schedule

Every bonus keeps its own calendar. It is earned in one period and paid in the run you choose.

Pay cycles

Cycles that follow your pay calendar

Configure a cycle once and every run is generated for you, with a partial first run if it starts mid-month. Set one up for each legal entity, country or group of people. Rules decide who is in it: legal entity, location, department, employment type, team, position or manager.

  • Weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly
  • Pay days that fall on a weekend or public holiday move to the working day before or after, as you choose
  • Payroll mode for employees, invoicing mode for contractors

Payroll runs

Every amount, traced and checked

A new hire, a mid-month raise and a leaver sit in one run, each pro-rated by the cycle's rules. Every line shows the rate, hours and leave behind it, with each person's change against the previous run.

  • Opens after the previous run, filled from HR data
  • Sync pulls in late HR changes before approval
  • One-off payments added in the run go to the profile

Currencies

Exchange rates from central banks

Pay agreed in one currency is converted into the currency of the cycle. Cycles in hryvnia, euro, złoty or pound sterling take the rate from NBU, ECB, NBP or the Bank of England; other currencies use a rate you enter.

  • Rate date set per run, required for approval
  • Rate fixed at approval and kept with the run

Payslips delivered and signed

Upload a month of payslips from your payroll system as one PDF. PeopleForce splits it by page, matches pages to employees and sends them for signature; a page it can’t match waits for you.

Security and control

Only the right people see pay. Every change is on record.

Decide who can run payroll and who can see pay. Every change to pay inputs and runs is logged, and every person's pay is compared with the previous run before anyone approves it.

  • Access by role

Running payroll is a permission you give to a role. Compensation can be hidden, view-only or editable for each role.

  • A change log for pay

  • Every difference, person by person
