AI CV parsing that turns a CV into a candidate profile

PDF, DOC, DOCX and RTF, one CV at a time. It works best on CVs with real text in them: a scanned PDF may be read only in part, and a scan saved inside a Word document can’t be read. Image files can’t be uploaded as CVs. Whatever it can’t read, you add by hand as usual.

There’s no list to set up. The details are kept in the language the CV is written in, so a CV in Ukrainian gives job titles in Ukrainian.

Name, email, location, position, date of birth and Telegram are only filled in when they’re empty, and it won’t set an email that another candidate already has. Jobs, schools, languages, phone numbers and skills are added alongside what’s there. The one exception is gender: each time a CV is parsed, the AI sets it again, may guess it when the CV doesn’t say, and can clear a gender you entered. Check it after uploading a new CV.

No. Parsing fills in the profile; it doesn’t score, rank or reject anyone. Match verdicts on applications come from AI scoring, a separate feature that PeopleForce enables for your account and you switch on per vacancy. It reads the CV on its own, whether or not CV parsing is switched on.

To read it, the CV’s contents are sent to our AI sub-processors, OpenAI and Groq. Under our AI Addendum, customer data, both what goes in and what comes out, isn’t used by PeopleForce or its AI providers to train, retrain or improve AI models.

It comes with PeopleForce Recruit. An admin, or anyone whose role can manage settings, can switch AI resume parsing on or off for the whole company.

Their CVs are attached to the profile but not parsed. Work.ua candidates come with the details Work.ua sends, and an import uses the columns in your file.
