How it works
How the coach fits into a review
You decide where the coach runs, cycle by cycle, and which standard it holds reviewers to.
Before they submit, reviewers can press Check my draft. Each written answer gets a score from 1 to 5 and a note on what to sharpen, measured against your company’s own feedback framework.

How it works
You decide where the coach runs, cycle by cycle, and which standard it holds reviewers to.
Your standard
Each cycle uses the feedback framework you pick: one of the four starters or your own.
Reviewers write
Self, manager, peer, upward, team-lead and custom reviewers write their answers as usual.
A check before submitting
Check my draft goes through every written answer and comment and notes what each one is missing.
The reviewer decides
They choose what to change, rewrite it themselves and submit as usual.
In the review form
One click checks every written answer in the review at once. Under each one, the reviewer sees how closely it follows your framework and one specific thing to sharpen.
A score and one thing to sharpen
Each written answer or rating comment gets a score from 1 (Needs work) to 5 (Excellent) and a short note: which parts of the framework are there, what’s missing, and one specific suggestion.
Checks that the comment supports the rating
Fair scoring for short rating comments
Coached in the reviewer’s language

Feedback frameworks
The coach checks each written answer against the framework you attach to the cycle, and the framework’s own text sets the standard. Describe what good feedback looks like in your company, and reviewers are coached to write it that way.
Four frameworks to start from. SBI, STAR, GROW and Radical Candor come ready in your company’s default language when it’s English, Polish, Ukrainian, Spanish, German or Portuguese, and in English otherwise.
Edit them or write your own. To add a framework, give it a name and write instructions that describe what good feedback looks like. You can add as many frameworks as you need.
Changes apply straight away. Refine the wording and the next check uses it, in every cycle that runs on that framework. You can tighten your standard as the cycle goes.

In the reviewer’s words
The coach only points out what to improve, and the reviewer makes every change in their own words.
It never rewrites. The note says what to add, and the reviewer writes it.
Private to the reviewer. Notes appear in the reviewer’s own form and aren’t saved, so they never become part of the review or its results.
Runs only when asked. Nothing happens until the reviewer presses Check my draft. It never blocks Submit and never touches the rating.
