PeopleForce Brand Guidelines

How we look, sound, and show up — so our people-first brand stays clear and consistent everywhere.

Naming

“PeopleForce” is one word, written with two capitals — a capital P and a capital F (never “Peopleforce,” “People Force,” or “PF”). It’s the name of both our company and our platform, so there’s no need to add “app” or “software” after it.

When you refer to a specific product or module, treat it as a proper noun and capitalize it — for example, “PeopleForce Recruit” or “PeopleForce Perform.”

Usage

Give our logo and brand assets plenty of room. Use them large or small — whatever the moment calls for — but always leave enough clear space around them so they can breathe. They should never feel cramped, crowded, or lost among other elements.

A friendly heads-up: these graphics belong to PeopleForce and are protected by intellectual property law. Please don’t edit, redraw, or otherwise alter the files, and don’t use them in a way that implies a relationship, affiliation, or endorsement that isn’t there.

Don’t make them part of the name of your own product, service, or business, and don’t combine them with other graphics without our written consent.

Not sure whether your use is okay? Get in touch — we’re always happy to help.
