PeopleForce's mission is to make everyday people processes structured and transparent for HR teams, managers and employees. All three work in the same platform, each with their own view: HR teams set up policies, review cycles and reports for the whole company, managers hold 1:1s and follow their team's goals, and employees request leave, give feedback and find answers on their own. When everyone can see where a process stands, fewer questions reach HR and decisions rest on current data.
Companies start with the products they need and add the rest later, without moving data.
Repetitive steps run as workflows, approvals and reminders instead of manual follow-ups.
PeopleForce is led by two Co-CEOs: founder Andrew Cetinic, who leads product, and Mykola Mykhaylov, who leads growth and expansion into new markets.
Andrew Cetinic founded PeopleForce in Kyiv in 2019. He first built it as an internal HR tool for his IT outsourcing company; when other tech companies asked to buy it, it became the product. Andrew leads product development.
Mykola Mykhaylov joined PeopleForce in August 2022 as VP of Growth and is now Co-CEO and Chief Growth Officer. He leads go-to-market and the company's expansion into Poland and Latin America.
PeopleForce's UK office is in London, home of PeopleForce Ltd. The team serves customers in 25+ countries across Europe and Latin America, and customer data is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany.
