Employee recognition that stays visible, all the way to review time

Thank a colleague in public and make good work hard to miss. The kudos lands in the news feed for the team to celebrate, stays on the person’s profile, and is still there when someone writes their next review, all in the same system as the rest of HR.

In a review

Write reviews with the recognition in front of you

The thank-you someone earned in May shouldn’t depend on a reviewer remembering it in November. When you open a review you’ve been assigned, the Resources panel shows the kudos that person received. Their reviews, 1:1s and the OKRs and KPIs you can see are in the same panel, so the review reflects what actually happened.

  • In the review’s Resources panel

The Kudos tab sits alongside Reviews and 1:1s, so you can read it without leaving the review you’re writing.

Giving recognition

Peer-to-peer recognition in a few clicks

Recognition works best when it doesn’t wait for a manager. Any employee can open the kudos dialog, @mention the colleagues they want to thank and post it, whatever their role or reporting line. There are no permissions to hand out and nothing to approve. Once kudos are switched on for your company, they work for every team straight away. The @mention list offers the colleagues each person can see in PeopleForce.

  • One dialog: write, @mention, Give kudos

  • Thank several people at once: everyone you @mention receives the kudos

  • The dialog says up front that the kudos will be visible to the team
