In the review cycle
Where the AI sits in a review cycle
The writing coach helps while reviewers write, and AI insights helps once the reviews are in. Everything else in the cycle stays as it is.
AI insights gives the people running a review cycle a short summary of each review, and a writing coach helps reviewers say what they mean before they submit. Reviewers still write and rate their own reviews, and you decide what gets shared.

In the review cycle
The writing coach helps while reviewers write, and AI insights helps once the reviews are in. Everything else in the cycle stays as it is.
Set up the cycle
You decide whether reviewers get the writing coach and which feedback framework it checks their answers against. You can also add the AI reviewer as one more reviewer.
Reviewers write
Reviewers write as usual. When they want a second look, Check my draft points out what each written answer or comment is missing against your framework.
Reviewers submit
Each reviewer submits their own review, with their own ratings. The coach never blocks Submit or changes a word, and its notes aren’t saved.
Read a summary of each review
On each employee’s review, Generate insights writes a short summary of the answers submitted, with strengths and opportunities. Run it once the reviews are in.
Share the results
Results reach the employee only when someone on your side shares them, one review at a time or in bulk, and they can be unshared. The AI insights card isn’t part of what’s shared.
AI insights
When you’re working through dozens of reviews, AI insights gives you a short summary of one employee’s review, covering how they’re rated and what reviewers keep coming back to. It sits next to the answers it came from, so you can check it against them.
Built from this review. It reads the ratings and written answers submitted in this review, including the AI reviewer’s if you added one. It sees each reviewer’s type, such as manager or peer, but not their name.
For the people running the cycle. The card appears for the cycle’s creator, its collaborators and anyone who manages review cycles. Employees don’t see it on their own results.
Generated once, on request. Nothing runs until you press Generate insights, and the summary isn’t updated afterwards. You can’t regenerate it, so wait until every reviewer has submitted.

Writing coach
Before they submit, reviewers can check a draft against the feedback framework you chose: each written answer gets a score and a short note on what’s missing. The coach never edits the answer, so every word stays the reviewer’s own.
