ASTAT is a Polish company with over 30 years of experience in delivering components and solutions for industrial automation, measurement, and control. Operating at the intersection of industry and innovation, the company chose PeopleForce as the platform to transform its internal HR processes for 270 employees.

Before ASTAT decided to implement PeopleForce, the HR team had already spent six months trying to implement another HRM system. However, the project ended in failure due to the incompatibility of solutions addressing ASTAT's needs in the area of performance review and the lack of appropriate support.
The company is growing rapidly, with 20-25 new employees joining each year. The lack of digital tools meant that communication, access to information, and basic HR processes, such as submitting vacation requests, were done on paper or through CRM. All this data was entered manually into the Optima ERP system.



The implementation process took around four months and included both the rollout of PeopleForce and the development of a custom Optima integration, delivered by an external partner specifically for ASTAT. Thanks to the integration, HR data is automatically transferred to the payroll system. HR specialists no longer need to manually enter leave data or answer repetitive questions about vacation balances or payslips. Employees can access all their information directly in their PeopleForce profile—including on mobile devices.

HR no longer needs to manually enter leave data into the ERP system or email payslips to employees—tasks that previously took up to two working days per month. With the Optima integration, all data is transferred automatically.

Previously, four people worked half-time for three months on the process, generating 540 Excel files. Today, one person handles performance reviews in just two weeks—and this time is expected to decrease even further.

An internal survey showed that nearly all employees rate their experience with PeopleForce positively, especially appreciating the easy access to personal data.

After the rollout, business managers began approaching HR with their own ideas on how to use the system more effectively within their teams.

With PeopleForce, employees—including frontline workers—now have a simple way to request absences and stay up to date with company news directly from the mobile app.

Although the previously used ATS met expectations, the decision to switch was driven by the need for a single, comprehensive HR platform.
