Robota.ua integration with PeopleForce: job publishing

Integration capabilities

Once a publication is connected, the recruiter works in the PeopleForce pipeline instead of the job site account.

Automatic candidate import from Robota.ua

Candidates appear in the vacancy pipeline with no manual data transfer from the site. First-stage automations run on entry, and from there the candidate moves through the pipeline like any other.

Database search by resume content

Search covers name and job title as well as the resume text from the file Robota.ua sends, so you can find a candidate from past applications by a skill or a company name from an old CV.

Duplicate check on import

A new card is created only for a new person. The system matches the Robota.ua application ID, email and resume file, and the phone number if that check is enabled in settings. Someone already in your database gets a new application for the vacancy, and their card receives any new phone number, cover letter, resume and photo.

Source performance analysis

The system sets the “Robota.ua” source itself, so reports show the real picture of the channel: how many people it brings and how far they get through the stages. That gives you solid ground when deciding how many publications to buy next month.

How it works

What data is exchanged between PeopleForce and Robota.ua

The job ad reaches Robota.ua right after saving and updates when you change the vacancy. The system imports the first candidates immediately after publishing or connecting the ad, then every 3 hours on the hour.

When the vacancy leaves the “Open” status or is archived, or when the campaign is unpublished, the ad on Robota.ua moves to the “Closed” status.

Publishing

Two publishing modes on Robota.ua

At the first step, you choose where the ad comes from: PeopleForce creates it, or it already exists in your account.

Mode 1

New publication

The vacancy is not on the site yet, and PeopleForce publishes it.

Title and description come from the vacancy card (description of at least 200 characters)
The city is selected from the Robota.ua list, employment type and work format in the publication form
Before publishing, the system checks that your account has enough balance for the selected publication type, so you learn about a shortfall before the ad goes live

Mode 2

Existing job ad

The vacancy is already published in your account, and PeopleForce picks it up and starts collecting applications from it.

The ad is selected from the active ads in the account you specified in the publication
Your publication balance stays intact
Collect all applications from the ad or only those received from a chosen date

What you set up in a publication

These parameters are filled in on the vacancy card when you create a publication and go to the site together with the ad.

Publication balance is managed on Robota.ua

Publications are purchased in the employer account on Robota.ua. Before placing an ad, PeopleForce checks the remaining balance of the exact publication type you selected, so you learn about a shortfall before the vacancy goes to the site.

Access goes through your employer account

Access comes from the employer account: the login and password are entered in Settings → Integrations → Job sites, and the system verifies them on Robota.ua right away. You can connect several company accounts, each once. One vacancy can be published through several accounts at the same time, one ad per account.
