VONQ

Vacancy distribution with VONQ

Job distribution / Requires Recruit module

Build one campaign from a vacancy and send it to paid job channels through VONQ. Choose job board products from VONQ's catalogue directly within PeopleForce. Applications arrive through your PeopleForce career site.

How it works

Campaign workflow from vacancy to posting

A campaign is built on the vacancy's Campaigns tab in three screens — Channels, Details and Checkout — and tracked there.

1. Prepare the vacancy · PeopleForce

Career site on, vacancy Published and Open. The Campaigns tab shows which of them is still missing.

2. Choose channels · PeopleForce

Add paid products from the VONQ catalogue, sorted for the vacancy's location and searchable by name.

3. Complete the details · PeopleForce

The advert is prefilled from the vacancy; paid channels add a target group, posting details and working location.

4. Pay and publish · VONQ

Paying at Checkout publishes paid products. Campaigns without paid products use the Publish button.

5. Track the campaign · VONQ → PeopleForce

Statuses are checked with VONQ about hourly; applications arrive through your career site.

PeopleForce sends the vacancy's advert to VONQ during the Details and Checkout steps, VONQ places it on the selected job channels and reports each posting's status about hourly, and candidates apply on your PeopleForce career site.

The basket where spend is set, the fields paid channels require, and the table that shows what is live.

Paid-channel basket with a running total

Products added from the VONQ catalogue appear under Selected channels with price and days online, and the Total adds them up before anything is charged. Contract and connected-board lines carry a warning icon instead: those sites bill you separately, outside the Total. Example prices from the VONQ catalogue. Prices are set by VONQ and change by channel, location and date.

Target group and working location fields

The Details step starts from the vacancy's title, description and salary. Paid channels also need a target group — Education level, Seniority, Job function and Industry — and a Working location address; the campaign stays on this step until every required field is filled.

Per-channel status and error handling

Each channel has its own row with Status, Days left and Price, checked with VONQ about hourly. If a posting fails, its row is marked Error with a message to contact support, the rest of the campaign stays live, and the person who added the channel gets an email.

Conditions

Who handles what in a campaign

PeopleForce keeps the vacancy and its candidates, VONQ places the paid postings, and job sites you contract with directly bill you themselves.

Responsibility

Owner

System scope

Vacancy content — owned by PeopleForce

PeopleForce

The advert is built from the vacancy's title, description and salary. The vacancy stays the page every posting links to, and running a campaign does not change it.

Candidates — on your career site

PeopleForce

Campaigns need the career site enabled and the vacancy Open and Published on it. Each application creates a candidate in the pipeline, with the channel as source.

Switching it on — PeopleForce

PeopleForce

Job multiposting works inside the Recruit module, and PeopleForce switches it on for your account. Anyone who can edit a vacancy can run its campaigns.

Channel buying and placement — handled by VONQ

VONQ

VONQ supplies the catalogue of job board products, with price and days online, and places each posting with the board.

Paid-channel charges — paid through VONQ

VONQ

Paid products are paid in euro in VONQ's payment window on the Checkout step, which publishes them. Billing details live in VONQ's billing portal.

Your own contracts — billed by each job site

The job site

Contracts and connected board accounts can join the same campaign. The board bills those postings under your agreement, and they stay out of the campaign Total.
