Three processes that run without a recruiter once the integration is connected.

Automatic candidate import from Work.ua

As soon as someone applies to your job ad, PeopleForce creates a candidate card in that vacancy's pipeline, and pipeline automations apply from the first minute: emails, stage rules, assigned owners. The recruiter never opens the job site account or moves anything by hand.

Source performance analysis

Every new candidate from the site gets the “Work.ua” source automatically, and an application from someone already in your database stays linked to this channel. Reports show how many people come from Work.ua and how they move through stages, so budget decisions rest on data.

Duplicate check on import

Before creating a card, the system looks for the person among your candidates by the application ID on the site, email and resume file, and by phone number if phone duplicate checks are enabled. Someone who applied on two sites stays one candidate with two applications.

How it works

Data exchange

The job ad goes to the site at the moment of publishing. Applications come back every three hours, on the hour, including the very first run.

Closing the job ad is controlled from PeopleForce: as soon as the campaign goes offline or the vacancy is closed, the site receives a request to take the ad down. Removing the site from a campaign turns off the channel inside PeopleForce, and the ad itself is taken down by switching the campaign offline.

Publishing

Two publishing modes on Work.ua

The mode is chosen at the first step of creating a publication and defines whether PeopleForce places the ad or connects to one that is already live.

Mode 1

New publication

The ad is not on Work.ua yet. PeopleForce creates it from the vacancy data.

Title and description are pulled from the vacancy
Region, categories, employment type and experience come from Work.ua reference lists
Education and publication type are set in the publication form
Placing the ad uses one publication from the employer account balance

Mode 2

Existing job ad

The ad is already live on Work.ua. PeopleForce connects to it and starts collecting applications.

The ad is selected from the active ads in your account
Your publication balance stays intact, as the ad is already paid for
Collect all applications or only those received from a chosen date

Integration conditions

What to know before connecting: where publications are purchased, whose account the integration works through, and where candidate work happens.

Publication balance is managed on Work.ua

Publications are purchased in the employer account on Work.ua and deducted from there when an ad is placed. The integration places paid publication types, and the placement status appears in the campaign channel right after each attempt.

Access goes through your employer account

The account login and password are entered in Settings → Integrations → Job sites, and PeopleForce verifies them on the site before saving. A company can connect several accounts.
