PeopleForce, the rapidly-scaling all-in-one HR platform trusted by over 1,300 companies in 30+ countries, has successfully secured $5.38 million in a Pre-Series A funding round.

The round was co-led by Pracuj Ventures, one of Central Europe’s leading HR tech-focused funds, and u.ventures, a Chicago-based fund with a global outlook and Ukrainian roots. Dnipro VC, a Silicon Valley-based early stage venture capital fund, also joined, strengthening the support network. This funding will help accelerate PeopleForce’s expansion and further its mission to revolutionize HR processes globally.

Strengthening leadership in HR tech

PeopleForce has already established itself as a leader in the HR tech space, with over 1,300 clients across 30+ countries and 100,000 active users. This investment comes after an impressive 80% year-over-year ARR growth in 2024, driven by the platform’s ability to deliver tailored HR solutions that scale along with business needs.

The funding will help PeopleForce strengthen its presence in Poland and Latin America, two key regions that have grown substantially. The platform is trusted by industry leaders, including Autenti, Grupa eSky, Brand24 in Poland, and TestDevLab, Paysera, and Ajax Systems worldwide.
